What if my child gets sick?In general, if your little one has a mild illness, we could still move on. However, if it is something more serious, it is of course better to abort. In this case, we would put your plan on hold and reschedule as soon as you feel better for optimal results.
-
Do you make home visits? If families absolutely want the coaching sessions to take place at home, they can request this for an additional charge. In general, however, the coaching takes place online, via Zoom.
-
What language are the coaching sessions in?I offer coaching in Luxembourgish, German, English and French.
-
Do you use the Ferber method? (make it scream)In short, no. The Ferber Method is an outdated method based on letting your little one cry for a long period of time without intervention in the hope that he will fall asleep after a while. This can be stressful for both the parent and the child. Instead, I will give you some alternative options based on your child's individual needs.

I'm not always at home, the child is at grandma's, daycare, etc., can I still work on sleep?YES! No matter your schedule, we can implement flexible solutions to fit both your daily and weekly routine. While being at home can definitely help develop those healthy sleep habits and have a consistent approach, I know that this isn't always possible. As a mother of two active little ones myself, I understand that there are times when this just isn't possible.
-
When is the best time to start sleep coaching? It's never too early to start developing healthy sleep habits, but babies around 6 months old can begin to learn the skill of self-regulation, which is critical to developing positive long-term sleep habits.

Will I get help after coaching?Absolutely! I offer weekly Zoom calls to be available to my families to answer any additional questions.
